iDepo has great customer service and always provides timely assistance with my depositions and hearings. They have been able to get me a reporter on short notice when another reporter quit mid-trial. I have also used them for process service and record retrieval and their prices on everything are competitive. If you want personalized attention and not a "mega-company" that is taking over all of the smaller companies, then use iDepo.

Have been using iDepo for years now. I find them to be very professional. If I need to set up a deposition or even cancel, I get the confirmation needed within the same hour. iDepo also has a fast turnaround on transcripts which is always a plus. Poor Deon my favorite of the staff always deals with me and my requests with ease and competence (at times I’m sure we can be difficult to say the least. I always appreciate his patience).
